If you are researching a US public company, the best source is SEC EDGAR.

Fast workflow

  1. Go to EDGAR company search.
  2. Search the ticker or company name.
  3. Filter for 10-K or 10-K/A.
  4. Open the filing documents page.
  5. Read the filing itself, not just the filing index.

Why EDGAR matters

Investor-relations sites are fine for convenience, but EDGAR is the regulatory source of record. It also makes amendments obvious. If you see a 10-K/A, that means the company corrected or updated something after the original filing.

Use company IR pages for navigation. Use EDGAR for truth.
