Welcome to EarningsMoat, an AI-powered financial report analysis platform. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.
Description of Service
EarningsMoat provides AI-generated financial report analysis based on publicly available financial data. The service covers US stocks (NYSE/NASDAQ), Chinese A-shares (Shanghai/Shenzhen), and Hong Kong stocks (HKEX). Analysis is generated using the methodology from Tang Chao's "How to Read Financial Reports" (唐朝《手把手教你读财报》).

EarningsMoat does not provide investment advice. All analysis, scores, grades, and narratives generated by our AI are for informational and educational purposes only. They should not be construed as recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any securities.
- AI-generated analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies
- Financial data retrieved from third-party sources may be delayed or incomplete
- Past financial performance does not guarantee future results
- Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions
User Accounts and Registration
- Account Creation: To access features such as analysis history, you need to create an account via Google or GitHub OAuth.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
- Rate Limits: Anonymous users are limited to 3 analyses per day. Authenticated users receive 10 analyses per day.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute analysis reports without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use automated tools to excessively access the service
Intellectual Property
- The analysis framework, scoring methodology, and AI-generated narratives are proprietary to EarningsMoat
- Financial data is sourced from public sources (SEC EDGAR, Eastmoney, HKEX) and remains in the public domain
- You may share individual analysis reports for personal, non-commercial use
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EarningsMoat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Use of or inability to use the service
- Any errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated analysis
- Investment decisions made based on our analysis
- Interruptions or unavailability of the service
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes signifies acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
